Nicole Sobh is a Licensed Master Clinical Social Worker (LMSW) who obtained a Bachelor degree in Psychology from Central Michigan University with a focus in Child Development as well as her Masters Degree in Social Work from Wayne State University. During her graduate studies, her main focus areas were Community Mental Health, Interpersonal Practice and School Social Work. Nicole practiced within Community Mental Health for around 10 years prior to moving into the school system. While there, Nicole was a building Social Worker for 5 years and then became the Behavior Specialist for the district for an additional 5 years. Nicole is dedicated to creating a positive working rapport with each client. Nicole sees clients virtually and in person within our Dearborn Heights location.

Kala Culligan is a Limited License Master Social Worker (LLMSW) who obtained her Bachelor and Masters degree in Social Work from Western Michigan University with a focus in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma. Kala specializes in working with children ages 5-18 that struggle with anxiety, depression and trauma. Kala is dedicated to creating a positive working rapport with each of her clients. Kala sees clients virtually and in person in our St. Clair Shores location.

Rana Hammoud is a Limited License Master Social Worker (LLMSW) who obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology, and her master’s degree in social work from Wayne State University with a focus in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. With a history of working with both adolescents and adults, Rana emphasizes the importance of building relationships with clients and their families. Rana works to provide an atmosphere where clients can address their mental health needs in a safe and supportive environment. Rana utilizes an empathetic and collaborative approach, fostering personal growth, healing, and resilience in the client’s journey towards achieving their goals. Rana sees clients virtually and in person within our Dearborn Heights location.

Christine Bardel, LPC

Christine is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC). She has a background in vocational counseling and community mental health where she supported individuals through a wide range of life stressors and emotional challenges.

Christine utilizes a holistic, person-centered approach grounded in respect, empowerment, and individualized care. She draws from evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. She is especially passionate about helping clients manage anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflicts, life/career transitions, and grief/loss. 

She creates a warm, caring, and nonjudgmental space. Her work is rooted in the belief that everyone has the strength and capacity to create meaningful, lasting change. Whether you are working through difficult moments in life or seeking personal growth, Christine is committed to walking alongside you with empathy, acceptance, and presence. Christine sees clients virtually.

Amy Hoskin, LLPC

Amy Hoskin is an LLPC (Limited License Professional Counselor) who  obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Eastern Michigan  University, and Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling  from Walden University. Prior to obtaining her Master's Degree, Amy  acquired over 30 years of experience as a social worker in Community  Mental Health settings. Amy is known for her warm and reassuring  presence, focusing on developing rapport, trust, and safety with her  clients. Her areas of clinical focus include couples and relationship  therapy, with specialized training from the Gottman Institute and The  Couples Institute. Amy also specializes in ACT (Acceptance and  Commitment Therapy) IFS (Internal Family Systems therapy) and  neurosomatic approaches that address the mind-body connection using  methods such as meditation, EFT/Tapping, and sound healing, to name a  few. The combination of these approaches has been shown to be  particularly effective in addressing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma,  and chronic pain. Amy is happy to see teens and adults for counseling. Amy sees clients virtually and within our St. Clair Shores location.

Ali  Bazzi, LLMSW, is a trauma-informed therapist who provides therapy to  individuals ages 12 and up, including adolescents, young adults, and  families. He supports clients through life transitions, emotional  challenges, and healing journeys. Ali earned his Master of Social Work  (MSW) from the University of Michigan, with a concentration in  interpersonal practice and integrated health. He also holds a Bachelor  of Social Work (BSW) from Eastern Michigan University, which he  completed in 2024. Ali brings a warm, grounded, and relational presence  to therapy, creating a space where clients feel safe, seen, and  empowered. His approach is rooted in cultural humility, deep listening,  and the belief that everyone has the capacity to grow and create  meaningful change. Drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities  including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior  Therapy (DBT), and experiential techniques, he tailors each session to  fit the unique needs, identities, and goals of the individuals and  families he serves. He is especially passionate about working with teens  and young adults navigating anxiety, identity development, school  pressures, grief, and trauma. He also works closely with families to  support communication, strengthen relationships, and foster emotional  safety in the home. In his free time, Ali loves watching anime,  collecting Pokémon cards, and finding life lessons in his favorite video  games. Ali sees clients virtually and in person within our Daerborn Heights location.

Hi, I'm Ayah! I work with teens, young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, and the stress of trying to keep everything together. 


If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of your next step, you're not alone. I help clients make sense of what they're going through, build clarity, and move forward with more confidence. 


I strive to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and judgement-free. A space where you can show up as you are and start working through what's been weighing on you. 


Outside of therapy, I enjoy cooking, dancing, and creating a life that feels intentional and connected. Ayah sees clients virtually and in person within our Dearborn Heights location. 

Erica Morris, LLMSW

Erica Morris is a Limited License Master Social Worker (LLMSW). She obtained a

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work with focus on providing therapy to children 12 and under from Michigan State University. 

Erica has experience supporting children with trauma, depression, and anxiety. She uses evidence-based and developmentally appropriate approaches with each client. She draws from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Play Based modalities. Erica focuses on building trust and rapport with each client and their family. She supports children’s individual needs through collaboration with both the child and their caregivers. She strives to provide an environment where children feel

heard, safe, and engaged throughout the therapeutic process. She works with each

client to build healthy coping skills and empower personal growth. Erica sees clients virtually and in person within our Dearborn Heights location. 

Shannon Edwards Orme, Intern

Shannon is an intern currently enrolled in the Master of Social Work  (MSW) program at Spring Arbor University. She previously earned an  Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice Corrections from Henry Ford  College in 2015 and recently graduated from Eastern Michigan University  in 2025 with a Bachelor of Social Work. Shannon understands that life can be challenging and is intentional  about creating a warm, safe, and supportive space where clients of all  ages can explore their unique experiences. She values a collaborative,  client-centered approach and works alongside clients to identify  strengths and develop meaningful, lasting solutions. Outside of work and school, Shannon enjoys walking and reading. She  loves spending time with family, friends, and her Goldendoodle,  Remington. Shannon sees clients virtually and in person within our Dearborn Heights location. 

Rachel Savur, LLMSW

Rachel Savur, LLMSW

Rachel Savur, LLMSW, is a clinical therapist who provides therapy to children, adolescents,

and adults. She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan with a focus

on program evaluation and applied research, and brings a strong foundation in evidence-based

care to her clinical work.

Rachel utilizes research-backed modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),

Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Intensive Short-Term Dynamic

Psychotherapy (ISTDP). She has experience supporting clients navigating mood and anxiety

disorders, trauma, grief, and complex emotional patterns. Rachel emphasizes creating a safe,

supportive, and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients can build insight, develop

effective coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
